Maurice Lubbock Prize

Univ crestUniv student Jason Ten came top of his year and receives the Maurice Lubbock Prize for Best Performance in the Honour School of Engineering Science.

Founded in 1958 in memory of the Hon Maurice Lubbock (1919) by his wife Adelaide Lubbock and his son the current Lord Avebury (1945), the Maurice Lubbock Memorial Trust aims to promote the studies of Engineering and Management at Oxford in general and at Balliol in particular. the Trust has done much to promote both Engineering and Management activities at the University level via annual awards of Lubbock Prizes to students of all Engineering schools who achieve the best performance at Finals.
