Within the next couple of weeks the College will be changing the way it deals with mail. There will no longer be franking on site and the Royal mail collection box will be going. Both functions will be carried out by the newly centralised Oxford University mail service. In practice you should not notice any changes apart from one; If you anticipate a large mail postal requirement please let the lodge know at least twelve hours in advance so that the postal service can make arrangements accordingly.
Charging arrangements to batells will remain the same.
Please note, as is the case now, collections will be at approximately 5pm, anything after this time won’t be collected until the following day.
