CURRENT VACANCIES
Stipendiary Lectureship (4 hours) in Law
Fixed term (12 months), £11,270-£12,446 p.a.
Applications are invited for a Stipendiary Lectureship in Law, tenable for 12 months from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake a stint of four weighted hours of tutorials per week to undergraduates in Law, averaged over three eight-week terms. Tutorials involve a group of typically 3 students who have been asked to complete and assignment which is the basis for the tutorial meeting.
Candidates should be able to teach to offer tutorials and/or classes in any two subjects from Contract Law, Trusts, Land Law and Administrative Law. For further details of the Oxford Law degree, see the departmental website: https://www.law.ox.ac.uk/content/courses.

Academic Services Manager

University College is seeking to appoint an experienced administrator to the newly created post of Academic Services Manager. This is a senior position carrying operational responsibility for on-course student administration and several other core academic administrative functions of the College.
The Role
The postholder will report to the Senior Tutor, and:
- Oversee key office functions including on-course student administration, Start-of-Term Collections, Master’s Collections, student suspension and returns, student registration, Welcome Week, etc
- Lead on either graduate or undergraduate student casework
- Oversee the production of materials in support of committees considering student matters
- Line-manage the Academic Services Team
The Person
You will have excellent organisational, project management and administrative skills, be a strong communicator with proven experience of working alongside a motivated and professional management team.
