Bar Steward
36 hours per week
£13.16 p/h (+ a resp allow)

University College is seeking a Bar Steward to join our busy and friendly Front of House team.
The post holder will have a strong work ethic and experience of working in a customer focused role.
As a Bar Steward, you will to be responsible for the overall bar operations. This encompasses the general day-to-day running of the Bar including, but not limited to, planning and controlling stock, cashing up and ensuring compliance with licencing laws, managing the rota for bar helpers etc.
You must have excellent work standards, good communication skills, great sense of responsibility and the ability to work well as part of a team. Good literacy and numeracy skills are essential for this post. You will work on a shift pattern from Tuesday to Saturday in term time (out-of-term times may vary depending on business needs so some level of flexibility will be required).

University College is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the friendly and busy Kitchen Team. You will have substantial experience of delivering good quality food within a set framework of standards, be highly organised, have a good working knowledge of food hygiene and possess sound communication and customer service skills. Excellent work standards, and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential.
