Offer Holders

Welcome! This webpage is for students holding offers for 2021 entry at University College. Read on to hear about the events we have planned to welcome you and some ways you can get a flavour of life in the College.

If you have questions about anything about University College or taking up your place at the University, please contact Nelli Chamings-Manley by email on admissions@univ.ox.ac.uk or by phone on (+44) 01865 276677.

Online welcome event for Univ’s offer holders

We realise that the majority of you will not have been able to visit the College as a result of the pandemic. Because of this, we have planned a special online welcome event for offer holders. You and your parents and guardians can join us at the end of April to hear introductions from key members of College staff, insights into College life from current undergraduates, and a Q&A session.

Date: Thursday 29 April 2021.

Time: 7-8.30pm BST.

How can I join? RSVP using the link received by email and join using Microsoft Teams.

What if I can’t make this time? We know this time won’t suit everyone, particularly if you live in a different time zone. We hope to record the majority of the event for offer holders to watch back after the event.

Submit a question: Do you have a question for our Q&A panel of current students? There will be a chance to ask questions on the night, but if you have a question to submit ahead of time, please use this online form. Your questions will remain anonymous and we welcome all questions, large or small.

Visit in Person

As soon as it is safe to do so, we hope to welcome offer holders for a tour of the College.

We are planning a couple of visit days in the summer when you can drop in to see the College. More information to come soon.

Questions arising from the pandemic

You may have questions arising from the coronavirus pandemic and how it may impact the coming months as you await school or college results and consider moving to university. We cannot be completely certain about what the coming year holds, but may be able to address some of your questions through the offer holder welcome event. For the latest news we encourage you to keep an eye on the University’s Coronavirus FAQs page.
