Body Friend release

Body Friend, explores the relationship between body and self, and how we must dive beneath the surface to really know ourselves.

Katherine Brabon’s first novel, The Memory Artist, won The Australian/Vogel’s Literary Award in 2016. It was shortlisted in the NSW Premier’s Literary Awards and longlisted in the Indie Book Awards.
Her second novel, The Shut Ins was published in 2021. The Shut Ins won the People’s Choice Award at the New South Wales Premier’s Literary Awards in 2022, was shortlisted for the NSW Premier’s Literary Awards Christina Stead Prize for Fiction and was longlisted for the Association for the Study of Australian Literature’s ALS Gold Medal. Her short story “The Pool’” was published in The Oxonian Review earlier this year.

Katherine was featured in the Young Univ Gallery, a project to create portraits for Hall that illustrate the diversity of Univ’s student body and the exciting and varied careers they go on to pursue.
