University College has released the second episode of the Univ North Docuseries, which moves on from exploring the vision behind Univ North to the complex task of construction.

From intricate brickwork and CLT construction to sustainable technologies, heat pump systems, and detailed design coordination, viewers can discover how the College’s newest development took shape from the point of view of the project’s contractors, leading construction company SDC.

With input from Adam Knaggs, Managing Director at contactor SDC, Warren Foster, Project Design Manager, and Nigel Smith, Services Project Manager, along with other key members of the construction and delivery teams, the episode offers a behind-the-scenes look at the complexity involved in bringing together engineering, sustainability, safety and craftsmanship,
