Front of House Manager

The Catering department is seeking an experienced and professional hospitality manager for its Front of House service who can be ‘hands on’ and focus the attention of the team on strong and positive customer service. Above all, you will ensure that we are always performing to the expectations of our members and stakeholders.
You will join us following a recent review of the Front of House team aiming to recalibrate our approach and ways of working. You will bring your effective communication, problem solving, tact and diplomacy skills to bear on a day-to-day basis to ensure that our provisions remain relevant, and that the customer service we provide is of the highest quality. You will be organised and methodical, have good attention to detail, able to multi-task and promote a high-level customer service approach.
In return, we offer a generous holiday allowance (30 days, pro rata), pension, private healthcare and free lunch, amongst other benefits.
