Whether you want to keep in touch with other Old Members, or the wider College community, whether you want to donate to Univ, or just be kept up to date with College news, the Development Office is always on hand to assist in any way that we can. In addition to our fundraising activities, we organise events throughout the year and, in conjunction with the Communications Team, produce a number of print and online publications including The Martlet and The Record.
One of the best ways that you can help us to keep in touch is to ensure that we have your most current contact details. You can let us know of any changes, either by logging on to our Online Community page, or by contacting us directly.
Below is a guide to help get your request through to the best person. If you’re not sure who best to contact, feel free to get in touch with the Development Coordinator, Carys Dally (E: Carys.Dally@univ.ox.ac.uk).

Can I ask you for contact details for other Old Members?
We are always happy to help Old Members get in contact with one another. However, we cannot pass on contact details without the person’s consent.
Providing we have their contact details and consent, we can either get in contact with the person in question and ask if they are happy for us to share their details, or you can send us an email to forward on, so that they can get in touch with you directly.
When is my next upcoming Gaudy?
We aim to host every matriculation year once every six years, although the exact cohorts invited may change over time.
If you would like to know when your next Gaudy might be coming up, please do send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I change my contact details?
You can update the contact details that we have for you either by sending us an email or by giving us a call. Alternatively, you can update details via the Online Community page.
Can I visit the College?
We are always happy to invite Old Members to visit the College. If you know when you might be coming, do let us know in advance so that we can let the Porters know. They may ask you to show your alumni card upon arrival.
Can I stay overnight?
If you would like to stay in College overnight, please contact the Domestic Bursary to check availability (E: email@example.com) – the earlier you can let us know the better. We generally cannot accommodate Old Members during term.
Where can I get an Alumni card?
The central University hand out alumni cards to graduates in their final term. If you did not receive an alumni card, you can request one online.
How can I join the Univ Old Member community?
Once you’ve graduated from Univ you’ll automatically join the worldwide community of alumni. If you aren’t hearing from us, make sure that we have the correct contact details for you.
Is it possible to remain a member of the Bodleian Library?
Oxford alumni can register as a Bodleian Libraries member for free; this provides access to the Bodleian Libraries on a reference basis and access to Oxford’s full e-resource collections when in one of the Bodleian Libraries (as well as some e-resources remotely).
How can I buy Univ-branded merchandise?
The Development Office itself does not deal with Univ-branded gifts and merchandise. These can be bought through the Porters’ Lodge, by calling 01865 276602.
Can the College provide me with transcripts and certificates?
The College provides transcripts free of charge to alumni who matriculated prior to Michaelmas 2007. If you matriculated prior to Michaelmas 2007, you can download our Transcript Order Form PDF. Please note that we require one working week to process transcripts. Completed forms should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you matriculated after Michaelmas 2007, you must obtain your transcript through the central University. Degree certificates and confirmation letters should also be obtained through the central University regardless of your year of matriculation. For details or to place an order please click here.
