The Domestic Bursar is Mrs Elizabeth Crawford. Her responsibilities include managing the support services and staff in housekeeping, catering, bar, the Lodge porters, gardeners and grounds man. She also manages the practical arrangements for all internal and external conferences, meetings and events. The allocation of hardship funds, accommodation and other resources is overseen by the Domestic Bursar.

The Estates Bursar is Mr Frank Marshall. He is responsible for the College’s estates (its endowments and properties outside the College), its funds, and its financial procedures and controls.

The Development Director is Mrs Heather Ebner. The Development Office maintain and foster links with Old Members of the College and manage fundraising operations. An Old Members’ Trust was established some decades ago and money from the Trust plays a vital role in the financial support of students coming to Univ. The Senior Tutor, Dr Anne Knowland is responsible for the admission and oversight of students along with, as regards graduate students, the Dean of Graduates. The Senior Tutor is also responsible for all academic matters pertaining to the College.

Discipline amongst students on and about the College’s main site is the immediate responsibility of the Dean, Dr Mike Nicholson.

The Tutor for Graduates, Professor Peter Jezzard, is responsible for the oversight of graduate students.
