Financial Assistance and Costs

Studying at Oxford is a lot cheaper than you might realise.

Students at Univ are particularly fortunate in that the College has a very generous Old Members’ Trust Bursary Scheme.

In addition:

  • We are able to offer you College accommodation for the duration of your course, so you only need to pay rent in term-time (rather than signing 12-month contracts with private landlords).
  • Univ is right in the heart of the city, so all departments, shops, and amenities are within walking distance. This means you don’t need to spend any money on public transport.
  • We have two excellent College libraries, and generous book and equipment grants.
  • We have a whole array of travel grants, vacation study grants, and very generous support for unforeseen hardship.
