Welcome to University College and congratulations on securing your place! We look forward to welcoming you to the College community at the beginning of term.
1. Important documents
Before you arrive in College you need to read and familiarise yourself with each of the following documents:
- Endsleigh Insurance Policy
- Student Financial Guide 2011-12
- Safe Cycling Guide
2. Forms to be completed
As mentioned in the ‘Welcome to Univ’ booklet there are several forms that you need to complete.
IT Agreement All undergraduate and graduate students must complete this form
Treasury Form for UK undergraduates only
These forms should be returned to Lucy Cridland-Smith, Admissions Officer, University College, High Street, Oxford, OX1 4BH.
All new undergraduates also received a copy of the University Contract (on yellow paper) and this needs to be returned by post along with the Treasury Form where applicable.
Included in the welcome packs is information about registering with the College Doctors and these forms need to be returned directly by post to 19 Beaumont Street Surgery, Oxford, OX1 2NA.
The following forms should be filled out online by Friday 16 September:
If you have not completed these please email the admissions office as soon as possible.
Finally, the Book Grant Form can be used at any point of the year. There are separate forms for undergraduates and graduates.
