  • Powerpoint presentations must be sent to us 48 hours before your event.
  • Please let us know if you have a ambulant disability beforehand so we can allocate a fully accessible bedroom.
  • Smoking is prohibited in public spaces, including bedrooms. It is permitted in the gardens and quads of the College.
  • Exclusive use of the College is not possible, as is in constant use by graduate students, Fellows and staff.
